WEBCASTS or TELECONFERENCES utilize either RealMedia or Windows Media formats. All we need to provide you with a transcript is the date, time, and URL of the webcast.

If you've come up with a new format, one that our transcription software doesn't recognize, we're happy to download a player and convert your file to a compatible format.  Basically, if we can play your files on our computers, we can transcribe from them.

Digital files can be delivered to us via CD, DVD, email attachment (up to 10MB), and FTP (under 80 MB).  Large files can also be delivered via YouSendIt.com.  If your files already exist on the web, we're happy to download them if you can provide us with a URL via email.  (Click HERE or on the Digital File Transfer link in the menu on the left for more on how to send us your files).
