Digital audio files under 10MB can be emailed to elaine@on-sitemedia.com.  These would include such file types as RM (RealMedia), WMA (Windows Media), DSS (Olympus digital recorders), DVF (Sony digital recorders), QCP (Qualcomm’s PureVoice), and SRI (VoiceIt digital recorders).

Digital media files over 10MB can be transferred to us via FTP (file transfer protocol).  These larger formats would include MP3, VOC, WAV, and WRF (WebEx).

Many of our customers are now utilizing YouSendIt.com for transmission of large digital files.

If your media is on CD and the file extension is CDA, you'll first have to copy the file to your hard drive using Windows Media or the like and then email or FTP to us the resulting file.  Of course you can always just send us the CD.

CDs and DVDs should be sent to the address listed on our Contacts page.

FROM US TO YOU:

COMPLETED TRANSCRIPTS:  DOC, RTF, and TXT formats are delivered via email attachment.  If your email program does not allow you to open such attachments, we can set you up with a password-secured area on our site from which you can download your files, or upload them to a URL which you provide.  Or we can mail you a CD containing your transcripts.  

INVOICES:  Our invoices are created using QuickBooks and delivered via email in PDF format, to be opened and read with the Adobe Acrobat Reader (a free download).
